All service providers listed on AmbrionServ are independent professionals or businesses, not employees, agents, or contractors of AmbrionServ. The relationship between a customer and a provider is solely between those two parties.

2. No Guarantee of Service Quality

AmbrionServ does not guarantee, warrant, or represent the:

Quality, safety, timeliness, or legality of any service listed or provided on the platform.
Accuracy or completeness of provider profiles, portfolios, or self-described specialties.
Truthfulness of customer reviews or provider ratings.
Professional qualifications, licenses, or certifications of any service provider.

We encourage customers to independently verify provider credentials, read reviews, and exercise their own judgment before booking any service.

3. No Liability for Service Outcomes

AmbrionServ shall not be held liable for any:

Physical injury, property damage, or health issues resulting from a service performed by a provider.
Loss of money, goods, or property arising from a transaction between a customer and provider.
Failure of a provider to show up, deliver as agreed, or complete a booking.
Misconduct, negligence, or fraud by any user (customer or provider) on the platform.
Disputes between customers and providers arising from service delivery or payment.

Important: AmbrionServ does not process payments between customers and providers. Any money exchanged for services is a private transaction between the customer and provider. AmbrionServ has no responsibility, liability, or involvement in such transactions.

4. User-Generated Content

The platform contains content uploaded by users including profile photos, portfolio videos, service descriptions, and reviews. AmbrionServ does not verify or endorse this content. We are not responsible for any inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, or inappropriate content posted by users.

If you encounter any content that violates our community standards or legal guidelines, please report it to us at support@ambrion.in.

5. Location-Based Services

AmbrionServ uses GPS location data to show nearby service providers. The distances and location information shown on the platform are approximate and may not be perfectly accurate due to GPS precision limitations, device settings, or network conditions. We are not liable for any inconvenience caused by inaccurate distance or location information.

6. External Links & Third-Party Services

Our platform integrates with third-party services including Firebase (Google), Razorpay, Cloudinary, and others. We are not responsible for:

The privacy practices, security, or availability of any third-party service.
Any data breach or loss occurring on third-party platforms.
Changes to third-party services that may affect the functionality of AmbrionServ.

Use of any third-party service integrated into AmbrionServ is subject to that service's own terms and conditions.

7. Platform Availability

AmbrionServ is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee that:

The platform will be available at all times without interruption.
The platform will be free from bugs, errors, or security vulnerabilities.
Data transmitted through the platform will always be secure or error-free.

Any dispute between you and another user (customer or provider).
Content you post, upload, or transmit through the platform.
