Dual Profile System: We track whether you are acting as a Customer, Professional, or both.

3. How We Use Data
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services, including processing bookings, communicating with users, and personalizing your experience.
4. Chat Privacy & Communications
Our app features a highly secure, ownership-driven chat system. Your private conversations with providers/customers are mathematically restricted to only the authenticated participants of that specific booking. We do not expose chat data publicly or to other users.
5. Payment & Financial Data
Services: Payments for services rendered by Providers are negotiated and settled directly between the users outside of the AmbrionServ platform. We do not collect or store any financial data related to these external transactions.
Subscriptions: Provider subscription fees are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your raw banking or card details on our servers.
6. Professional Verification & Identity
To maintain marketplace integrity, users acting as Professionals undergo a verification process. We may store copies of professional certifications or ID proofs if provided, solely for the purpose of verifying your expertise level for customers.
6. Account Deletion & Identity Preservation (Soft Delete)
AmbrionServ implements a Soft Delete protocol for account deletion. This is designed to prevent fraud and provide a legal "Proof of Identity" for participants in a transaction.

Retained Data: Your Name, Phone Number, and Chat History are preserved in our secure database as proof of conduct and transaction. This data will not be deleted.

Purged Data: Sensitive information including your Password (hash), Firebase UID, authentication tokens, profile pictures, and gallery images will be permanently erased.
By using AmbrionServ, you explicitly consent to this identity preservation policy for the safety of the community.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can manage these choices directly through the Settings screen in the app.
