AmbrionServ operates strictly as a digital directory and aggregator. We provide a platform for Customers to discover Service Providers. AmbrionServ is NOT a service provider, employer, or agent for any party. We do not vet the technical skills of providers beyond basic identity verification systems.

You must be at least 18 years old to use AmbrionServ. You agree to provide accurate information. Our platform features a Dual Profile System, meaning you can operate as both a Customer and a Professional under a single account. You are responsible for all activities that occur under both profiles linked to your identity.

IMPORTANT: AmbrionServ does NOT process payments for services between users. All financial transactions, negotiations, and payments occur directly between the Customer and the Provider outside of the platform. AmbrionServ assumes ZERO responsibility for financial losses, non-payment, overcharging, or any form of financial fraud. You engage in external transactions at your own absolute risk.

To maintain marketplace integrity and provide a "Proof of Identity" for legal disputes, AmbrionServ implements a Soft Delete policy. If you delete your account, your Name, Phone Number, and Chat History will NOT be deleted from our database. This information is preserved as a permanent audit trail for the other party (as proof of transaction/conduct). Sensitive PII like profile pictures and password hashes will be purged.

AmbrionServ strictly enforces a token-authorized review ecosystem. Reviews can only be submitted by verified customers who have completed a booking. Fake reviews, automated spam, or external manipulation of ratings are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension.

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for any behavior that threatens the safety or reputation of our community.

Provider subscriptions (Basic, Pro, Elite) unlock targeted digital benefits. Purchases are strictly linked to your authenticated ID. Plan manipulation or malicious API interactions will instantly trigger account suspension. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms or engage in behavior that harms the marketplace ecosystem.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AmbrionServ, its owners, and affiliates shall NOT be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from user interactions, service quality, or platform outages. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services advertised.

We may update these terms from time to time. Your continued use of the app after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
